I'm Nicola and I'm a fully qualified Holistic Therapist, with more than ten years' experience; working with clients on a one to one basis and in a group setting.
I received my Diploma in Integrative Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and Certificate in Counselling from University of London in 2010. Originally from the UK, I now live in Portugal and work mostly with international clients via Skype and Telephone. Before moving abroad, I worked from the famous Harley Street in London and from my Private Practices in Buckhurst Hill, Essex and Borough Green in Kent. I have had the pleasure of holding space for hundreds of clients from all over the world and from all walks of life. I am co-owner of Aluna Moon Publishing; a company dedicated to creating guided meditations, online courses and self-help content, many of which are completely free to access. To this date, my guided meditations have been played more than 5 million times. How Can I Help You?
I have seen hundreds of clients over the past ten years, from all walks of life and with various different presenting problems such as: Anxiety, stress, panic attacks, low confidence, stress related physical illness, relationship difficulties, fears, OCD, depression, childhood trauma, addictions, low self esteem and body image and many more. In more recent years I have become increasingly interested in working with 'empaths and sensitives' and women in the areas of Menstrual Cycle Awareness, Fertility and Pregnancy. Hypnotherapy and Counselling
I pride myself on creating a safe and sacred space, which allows my clients to feel heard and understood, without judgement or expectation. I now work remotely via telephone and skype.
