Hypnotherapy and Counselling
Hypnotherapy allows us to access our subconscious mind, through an altered state of awareness which is sometimes referred to as a 'trance'. In this trance like state, we are able to access our internal programmings and make necessary changes which help us to heal and create a new, more positive mindset that is in alignment with our true self.
Our internal programming is made up of everything we have been taught by our family, peers and the outside world about who we are, our place in the world and those around us. Hypnotherapy allows us to discover our unhelpful core beliefs, such as 'I'm not good enough', 'I'm unworthy', 'people can't be trusted' and instead create a new set of core beliefs that empower us to live our very best life possible, increase our confidence and move forward with ease.
As a fully trained Hypnotherapist, I have been trained in many different techniques to use with my clients when they are in a state of hypnosis; to explore their inner world in a safe environment, accelerate healing and reconnect with their own truth. In my experience with clients over the previous ten years, no matter what the presenting problem may be, hypnotherapy can help.
Counselling offers a safe place for clients to explore their deepest feelings, without judgement or expectation and it still amazes me after all of these years to see how life changing it can be for my clients, just by simply 'talking things through'. Sometimes we just need to feel heard and supported.
I use a combination of these two therapies, tailoring every session to my client's individual needs.
